This project is based on creating a lifestyle in continuous connection with outdoor space. Spacious, flexible terraces on all floors extend living areas outward, enhancing both the quality of life and the building’s dynamic façade. The combination of protruding volumes, play of light and shadow, and balanced use of light and dark materials creates a contemporary, simple, and transparent form. Fanoos redefines the relationship between private life and semi-open urban space.
