Firuzkuh Villa

Best Project of Private Residence
About the project (provided by the applicant)
This villa is designed as a private recreational residence for a family of 2–3, providing a comfortable retreat during their time in Iran. Responding to the site’s challenging topography and strict occupancy regulations, the design optimizes spatial efficiency across multiple levels while maintaining a minimal footprint. Its sculptural form fuses innovation with functionality, creating a home that is both highly livable and visually striking, harmonizing with the region’s iconic landscape. Expansive openings frame panoramic views, while careful attention to prevailing winds, rainfall, and other climatic factors ensures comfort and resilience. The result is a contemporary, contextually sensitive villa that embodies elegance, practicality, and a profound connection to its natural surroundings.
