The administrative building is a two-story volume with a basement. The administrative section houses offices and meeting rooms on the second floor; a classroom, medical unit, exhibition space, and culinary workshop on the first floor; and staff locker rooms and engineering facilities at -3.3 m.

The main purpose of the facility is the production of frozen ready meals and confectionery products for mass consumption. The project provides for the creation of a unique production complex for manufacturing chilled and frozen ready meals, as well as high-quality raw semi-finished products for the social sector. The technology ensures a full cycle of food processing and preparation. Storage takes place in freezers and warehouse facilities, while product delivery and distribution are handled with lifting mechanisms. A dedicated bulk storage room for flour is provided for the confectionery workshop.
