Our team has created a unique retail and office complex that harmoniously combines functionality with aesthetic pleasure. It includes stylish bars and restaurants, as well as a spacious banquet hall offering a captivating view and direct access to a landscaped rooftop. For large-scale events, there is an open-air area with an amphitheater, designed to become an ideal venue for cultural gatherings and concerts. On the ground floor, a cozy open café area merges with a multifunctional hall organized around a distinctive spatial metal structure. This structure not only gives the hall a contemporary look but also conceals elevator shafts and the lift lobby, ensuring convenient and efficient vertical circulation. The amphitheater of the multifunctional hall is connected to the restaurant on the second floor, where guests can enjoy comfortable seating and easy access to the dining area.
