Reconstruction is always a test of skill. In this case, a standard house with overloaded façades and unrefined architecture was given new life. The original structure was preserved, but its meaning was completely rewritten: new volumes, terraces, an additional floor and garage, as well as a carefully detailed layout transformed chaos into architecture with character.
The main principle is integrity. Integral architecture dictates that nothing can exist in isolation. Every architectural decision is connected with the interior and the landscape.
The front façade was opened up by replacing the fence with architectural flowerbed volumes, which visually elongated the proportions of the house. Inside, the same logic applies: pure composition of forms, two-story panoramic windows acting as portals through which the architecture continues into the interior and the landscape. As a result, the house is perceived not as a set of solutions but as a cohesive environment in which one wants to live.

To achieve this, Ilya Eliseev and his team developed a methodology of Integral Architecture, where architecture, interior, and landscape are created as a unified whole from the earliest sketches.
