Project
Facade Reconstruction of Fox Forest Country House
Category
Best Implemented Façade or Interior Project Using Ceramics
About the project (provided by the applicant)
Originally, the building was a simple square volume with light plaster façades, lacking expressive architectural geometry. To transform the house, give it a modern character, and create a completely new visual image, we completely changed the color scheme to dark tones. This decision not only refreshed the exterior but also fundamentally altered the perception of the building.
To create a unified architectural ensemble, we established visual connections between the old and new elements of the house. The horizontal cornice line unites the garage, the house, and the terrace. The new elements changed the proportions of the house, making it more elongated and dynamic, resulting in a striking modern country house appearance. The façade features large-format porcelain stoneware in shades of gray and dark gray.
