About the project
The main objective in reconstruction of the administrative building was to make a bright state-of-the-art building, comprising office functions with leisure and commercial ones.
The first line, outlooking Profsoyuznaya Street, became a shopping mall, every store there provided with an independent entrance. The ex industrial workshop was disassembled and replaced with an 8-storey building: the ground floor houses a food store, the first floor – a large restaurant, and floors 3 through 8 – offices. The back line is occupied by a fitness center. Such combination of premises will make this place an attraction for different groups of people, and its bright facades will highlight its character.
