The commercial, administrative, and public center is located in the heart of Brest. The site sits at the beginning of a promising block visible from the overpass. The landmark will enhance the city’s prestige and image, making it an attractive location for business. The project aims to create a comfortable working environment that motivates employees. The building will provide developed infrastructure for the entire block.
The business center is designed as a composition of “air” that reflects the surrounding environment. The main principle is to move away from conventional office buildings and maximize natural light at workspaces. Therefore, the façades are finished with curtain wall systems and composite panels.
