The goal of this project is to create a profitable four-star tourist complex to promote regional development by increasing tourist flow, creating new jobs, and providing cultural, recreational, and wellness activities. The project involves constructing tourism infrastructure that accommodates guests and offers necessary services while considering the assessed ecological capacity of the territory.
The main structures of the complex feature original architectural designs reflecting contemporary trends, with a focus on glued timber constructions and the use of natural wood in façades and interiors, including high-quality planken in ventilated façade systems. Public buildings and facilities within the complex provide a wide range of services for visitors.
