About the project (provided by the applicant)
The Grand View residential complex is located on the picturesque banks of the Malaya Neva River. The top floors feature apartments with panoramic windows and terraces overlooking Vasilyevsky Island and the river. The landscaped grounds include an alley and a public garden for walks. Thanks to the consistent stylistic solutions of the developer’s neighboring projects, a unified architectural ensemble has been created.
Grand View comprises two buildings facing Petrovskaya Square and six symmetrically arranged houses behind them. The facades and base are finished with travertine-colored ceramic panels and natural stone. The courtyard, which includes a SetlKids playground developed together with psychologists, is closed to cars and outsiders. It is filled with greenery: deciduous and coniferous trees such as maples, apple trees, pines, birches, as well as willows, lilacs, cotoneaster, lingonberry, and barberry. A small public garden has also been created, and a cozy alley with bonsai and a multi-level green composition runs through the center of the complex to the embankment of the Malaya Neva, which has also been landscaped by the developer.
