GRAVITY Country House

Best Project of Private Residence
About the project (provided by the applicant)
It is always a pleasure when a client returns, even for designing a very small house. The location is excellent: on the banks of the Don River, in a fishing village. The 100 m² country house was designed based on the concept of open and enclosed spaces. The house is intentionally closed to the street, creating a sense of privacy and security through solid walls and a limited number of street-facing windows.
At the same time, large panoramic windows open up to picturesque river views. The house is surrounded by numerous trees, enhancing the feeling of unity with nature. The rear of the house provides direct access to the river, allowing easy water access and a place to dock boats. The design gives the impression that the house “hovers in the air,” defying gravity. The house is currently under construction.
