About the project (provided by the applicant)
The modernization concept for the Green Belt of Glory includes proposals for the renewal and development of the federally significant public space, placement of hospitality infrastructure, options for architectural lighting, and landscaping of the memorial complexes: “Flower of Life,” “Stone Pages of Tanya Savicheva’s Diary,” “Broken Ring,” “Baltic Wings,” “Katyusha,” “Polutorka,” and “Kilometer Posts.” A unified stylistic solution for the unique small architectural forms has been developed in accordance with the spirit of the place, reflecting the events of the Great Patriotic War in the Leningrad Region, to visually integrate the existing memorial complexes into a single meaningful space.
