It is always exciting to work on a non-standard project, and this one turned out to be exactly that. The apartment has an open layout, which means there were no internal partitions, allowing us to plan the number and size of rooms based on the client’s needs and preferences, taking into account only the location of wet zones. Another distinctive feature of this project is a large open terrace that also required thoughtful planning. It was decided to design the apartment in a contemporary style — the client likes black and green colors. As a result of careful planning, we managed to include a spacious and highly functional kitchen, a living room with a large lounge area, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with everything needed. Part of the terrace was glazed and insulated, accommodating a home office, a cinema room, and a storage area. The open part of the terrace can be used in summer for a barbecue zone or sunbathing on lounge chairs.
