Grey Villas are modern villas in Bali, adapted to the tropical climate. The project consists of a series of connected villas designed with consideration of the climate, landscape, and cultural context of Bali. The concept focuses on creating a sustainable living environment with maximum integration into natural conditions.
The layout is based on principles of cross-ventilation, natural lighting, and privacy. Villas are organized around internal courtyards with pools and green areas, creating a local microclimate and reducing the load on engineering systems. Each villa is offered in two options—two or three bedrooms. Open layouts, sliding glass panels, and smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces ensure a direct connection to the garden. Interiors feature a neutral, natural palette with wood, stone, and textiles, complemented by minimalist aesthetics with tropical motifs, creating a contemporary and sustainable space.
