Residential Cluster of Blocked Houses
Category
Best Project of Building or Facility by Student
About the project (provided by the applicant)
This student project presents a concept for a residential cluster of blocked housing designed in the Brutalist style. The project aims to create a functional, durable, and aesthetically expressive living environment that meets modern standards of comfort and sustainability.
Brutalist blocked housing features massive forms, raw materials, and minimalist design. The main idea is to create structures resembling large blocks unified into a single whole, ensuring strength and visual impact. The building appears monolithic and powerful, evoking a sense of stability and reliability. Courtyard areas are designed to harmoniously combine functionality with natural surroundings, creating a cozy space for living and recreation.
