GROVE HOUSE

About the project (provided by the applicant)
GROVE HOUSE is a country residence set amidst a picturesque forest landscape. The white volumes of the façades stand out vividly against the backdrop of sky and trees, while the restrained palette of natural tones harmonizes with the surroundings. Thus, the house and nature do not merge but rather complement each other.
The interplay of volumes follows a rhythmic order, giving the silhouette of the house a sculptural and light appearance despite its scale. The precision of junctions and the well-balanced proportions of material layouts bring aesthetic pleasure. The same language of volumes, shades, and textures continues indoors, creating a unified ensemble where architecture, design, and nature are inseparable.
Architecture does not end with the walls — it extends into the landscape. Concentrated around the house, the architectural code flows into terraces and cubic flower beds, transforming into granite steps leading to the bathhouse complex — as if the house extends its roots into the ground. Every line and detail here is intentional.

ELISEEV Architects
Since 2009, ELISEEV Architects has been designing and implementing integral spaces that turn dreams into works of architecture. We are constantly striving for Architectural Hedonism — the feeling of profound pleasure and delight in interacting with one’s home. To achieve this sensation, Ilya Eliseev and his team have developed the method of Integral Architecture, in which architecture, interior, and landscape are conceived as a unified whole from the very first sketches.
