The design of the building responds directly to the local climate and surrounding context, where the considerations of privacy and proximity to neighboring buildings played a crucial role in shaping the form and overall composition. The building form is oriented east-west to optimize daylighting from the south and north while minimizing direct sunlight from the west. This approach ensures effective shading and energy efficiency in the hot climate.
