Club House “Nasledie” combines vibrant Art Deco architecture, new technological solutions, and contemporary construction trends. The façades are made of durable clinker brick with elements of architectural concrete and metal, giving the building expressiveness and the romantic spirit of Northern Modern. The strict style of the building is enhanced by the charm of French balconies. This classical design with memorable details ensures longevity and relevance for many years.
Spacious lobbies with stylish furniture and common areas are designed according to a custom interior project using natural finishing materials. High ceilings, open layouts, enlarged window openings, and panoramic views from the upper-floor apartments and terraces create a comfortable and prestigious environment. Even the parking walls are decorated in an art-design style—a rare solution for underground parking that highlights attention to every detail.
