Best Student Project of Public Space
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project envisions a high-rise multifunctional complex of variable height with a stylobate. The volumetric and planning solution of the complex is based on the composition of the included facilities as well as the size and layout of each space, unified into a single composition to achieve the main goal — the creation of a modern, high-tech high-rise complex.
The project includes an aparthotel in the eastern tower and offices in the western part of the complex. Supporting public service facilities are incorporated to better meet the needs of visitors and residents. These include a sports and wellness center on the first floor of the stylobate, three restaurants on the second, third, and fourth floors, a shopping center on the first and second floors, utility services on the third floor, administration offices on the fourth floor, and a winter garden.
