This modern cottage is located in one of the most prestigious settlements in the Moscow Region, overlooking a forested area and a lake.
Despite its apparent volume, the building has a total area of only 313.4 m², excluding open spaces.
The private entrance area flows into a spacious hall with panoramic glazing and a staircase leading to the second floor. The living room features double-height ceilings and a fireplace area, while the kitchen-dining area boasts striking panoramic glazing and access to a summer terrace. The first floor also includes utility and technical rooms as well as a guest bedroom.
The second floor is entirely dedicated to bedrooms: two children’s rooms and a master bedroom for the parents. Each bedroom has access to balconies with stunning views of the surrounding forest landscape.
The architecture of the building emphasizes horizontal lines, deep cantilevers, panoramic glazing, and a restrained color palette for the façade. The house harmonizes with its surroundings, creating a sense of privacy, comfort, and beauty for its owners.
