About the project (provided by the applicant)
The “Zitadelle” project (from German — “citadel,” “fortress”) is a multifunctional residential complex integrated into the existing private development with the aim of comprehensive revitalization of a depressed district.
The project offers modern cluster housing combined with key public functions: a local convenience store, a co-working center, and a kindergarten. This concept creates a self-sufficient environment for comfortable living, working, and family development.
The project’s uniqueness is enhanced by a thematic park featuring an observation tower, an interactive “Valley of Talking Stones,” and an “Enchanted Forest with a Dragon’s Nest.” The park is designed to attract external visitors, turning the district into a popular destination for walks and cultural leisure.
Thus, “Zitadelle” becomes a catalyst for positive change, attracting new residents and creating a new focal point for the entire city.
