About the project
Huang Jiang Building E08 (18.000 sqm) is one of the five group of mixed use buildings that articulates and materialises the junction between the city flows and the transformation of the PuDong district waterfront. A substantial Urban revitalisation, extending larger areas of the water shore with green open spaces for re-creation, leisure and sports activities where new sites get available to transform this district from its Industrial past and heritage into a more mixed and well balanced living environment. The building layout proposed a total new dynamic way to embrace the spectacular river views and creating opportunities for three balconies to engage with the connection to long view corridors and the city and the lower levels allowing the pedestrian flow to bring a direct connection between city edge and greenbelt waterfront.
Office layout has been also reconsidered to delivered a very flexible space while addressing balanced with efficiency of the floor plate.
