About the project
Located in Marbella, at the exit to the Corredor Sur, with a great central and strategic location. The project is made up of two 35-story towers with 119 apartments (1, 2 and 3 bedrooms) from 74 to 167 m2 with 66,347 m2 of construction, designed to offer the owners beautiful views of the sea and the city, experience, luxury and comfort. The architecture of the project was conceptualized by the renowned firm GVA ARQUITECTOS looking for a unique style that seeks to create a Utopian Style, and with interior design by the Dutch Marcel Wanders, recognized as one of the best designers in the world. Its dramatic style, complemented by hotel-like services, including spa, apartment cleaning, laundry, concierge services, and valet parking makes this project an innovative and extraordinary space. Also with a vertical garden oasis that offers an ultra-modern style. This project has a unique style that seeks to create a utopian world where different ideas coexist in the same place in a harmonious way
