About the project (provided by the applicant)
Mask Architects presents the world’s first hydrogen-powered floating luxury resort, a game-changing project redefining sustainable hospitality. Located along a pristine Middle Eastern coastline, the resort features 24 private floating cabanas, restaurants, beach clubs, and wellness facilities, all designed with fluid biomorphic architecture that harmonizes with the marine environment. It will provide a more ecological, sustainable environment by producing energy from seawater, combining hydrogen, solar, and advanced desalination systems to ensure zero-carbon operations. AI-driven systems optimize energy, climate, and predictive maintenance. This innovative project opens a new way for the hospitality sector to find solutions for energy resources, tackle climate change, and inspire responsible, luxury tourism that balances elegance, comfort, and environmental stewardship.
