Imaaj in Persian means mental imaging. In fact, the mental perception of each person is called the Imaaj of that person about that phenomenon.
The reason for choosing the name Imaaj for this project is the designer's lived experience in residential complexes with a tourism-oriented approach in northern Iran's coastal region.
This experience always made us think about how the modernization of the extroverted architecture of the northern regions of Iran could be.
An idea of architecture that usually takes the form of an extroverted mass and volume in villas, and often a linear form in residential complexes, with east-west extension and maximum benefit from air circulation and view.
How can residential complexes that use the maximum allowed occupation of the land in their enclosures still have air circulation in their heart, maintain a favorable view of the sea and greenery, and keep their extroversion with the principle of privacy in the heart of life?
