About the project
This low-rise residential development with lots of panoramic windows and French balconies stands ashore Neva and rewards the residents with a vista of the Blagovestchensky bridge and historic landmarks.
The development comprises 44 houses arranged in three square blocks. The facades will be clad with facing brick and rough natural stone.
