About the project (provided by the applicant)
The site for the master plan of the microdistrict is located in the Moskovsky District, characterized predominantly by Soviet-era planning. The main goal of the urban design was to create a comfortable environment for residents, achieved through the development of existing road directions. A scheme was applied to organize courtyards protected from vehicular traffic while maintaining a sufficient number of driveways with parking pockets.
