About the project (provided by the applicant)
The Villa is rises as a landmark villa on Dubai’s newly developed artificial luxury island, positioned five meters above sea level for panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and skyline. Elevated on artificial hills, it achieves privacy, exclusivity, and a striking silhouette within the island’s masterplan. Spanning three levels, the villa merges wellness, culture, leisure, and private living into a seamless narrative. The 1,500 m² first floor is a lifestyle hub with spa, fitness, cinema, dining, and cultural spaces. The second floor offers 250 m² indoors and 1,000 m² of terraces with a 360° infinity pool that cools and defines the architecture. The third floor is a private owner’s sanctuary with a panoramic suite, wellness rooms, and a 37-meter pool overlooking the horizon. A transparent glass lift binds the villa, transforming circulation into spectacle. More than a residence, INFINITO L01 is a collector’s property and luxury real estate investment in Dubai most exclusive new island.
