About the project
Oleg Klodt designed an interior for his own home at the topmost level of a four-storey house built in the heart of Moscow in 1902. The apartment of 175 m² has a great layout and many windows, which are the main feature of the interior. The new design is timeless with French style elements. The portal-like doorways are located in the bearing wall, which divides the apartment into two parts. On one side, there is a large and light zone, comprising a study, a sitting room, and a lobby, and on the other side there is a recreation section, comprising four bedrooms for the family members. This is the place where the history of generations is to be recited.
