The office design reflects the spirit of a modern advertising agency, combining strict functionality, industrial aesthetics, and creative energy. The key metaphor is the “runway.” Bright yellow accents and navigational floor graphics create a sense of movement, symbolizing dynamism, speed, and a clear course toward the “takeoff” of each project.
The spatial organization follows the principle of gradual transition — from public to private areas. Visitors enter a spacious lobby with a reception desk and an informal communication zone. Nearby is the director’s office for business meetings.
Glass partitions maintain visual connection between departments while providing acoustic comfort. For employees’ well-being, a relaxation zone with yellow accents is included. The industrial character is emphasized through the use of materials such as concrete flooring, exposed utilities, glass partitions, and decorative plaster. These design choices create an honest, functional, and stylish environment.
