The club house is located at the intersection of Bolshaya Kazachya and Rakhova Streets in the Frunzensky District of Saratov. The architectural donor for this project was a historic building that had to be dismantled due to its hazardous condition. The street façades are fully recreated with all elements specified in the Memorandum with the Urban Preservation Council under the Saratov Regional Duma. They are repeated twice, mirrored, to meet the technical requirements for area and height.
The lower part of the façade is material: open brickwork with decorative joints, later painted in English gray. Oak frames and doors, along with a wrought-iron balcony, enhance the material expression. Its inversion is deliberately abstract, finished in plaster and white. The floor dividing these façades is neutral and glass-clad, with slightly recessed stained glass, producing a more dynamic and striking visual effect.
