About the project (provided by the applicant)
A leading international company in Cyprus, developing tools for programmers, is known for high performance and innovation. The new office required a space that reflects these values and supports growth. AQ Architects adapted a former 1990s hotel, preserving the corridor layout while rethinking public areas. Upper floors became work zones with sea views and coffee points. The ground level includes a summer terrace with a café and pool, meeting rooms, and a Mediterranean-style dining area. The first floor houses reception, lounge, and a multifunctional hall with mobile furniture and a projector.
The design is inspired by Cypriot architecture with white facades and tropical accents; a striking feature is the restrooms with tropical motifs. The façade was updated with corporate branding elements, reflecting the spirit of innovation.
