About the project
The railway station of 5,755 sq. m is a cultural heritage site and an architectural landmark. After three overhauls, the station became a hybrid of Avant-Gardist Constructivism and Soviet Modernism.
Under a renovation project in 2020 it was decided to keep the complex appearance of the building along with its exterior, dear and important to residents and guests of the city. Thanks to renovation, the station building became not only an important transport facility, but a hub for cultural and public events of the entire region.
