About the project
Surrounding grounds of the residential block have to be comfortable and great for leisure and everyday living of different groups of citizens, both locals and passers by. The premises include passive rest zones, a playground for pre-school and elementary-school children, sports grounds, and public zones for various age groups. Existing courtyard and transition areas can be classified under three groups: technical premises, venues for passive rest, and sites for active recreation.
