The project involved the restoration of the heritage building without altering its overall appearance. The façade restoration solutions are based on historical iconography and aim to return lost decorative elements and restore the building’s historic appearance. Glass canopies are planned above the entrances.
The project includes a color scheme for the façades based on historical information, proposals for decorative façade lighting, and the dismantling and reconstruction of skylight structures using historical materials in their original form, fitted with modern glazing units.

Anna Igorevna Persiyanova is a developer who embraces the principles of contemporary urbanism. Since 2018, she has participated in several construction projects. In 2001, she initiated an independent project to build a business center on the site of a lost historic building, approved by KGIOP St. Petersburg. Persiyanova is also a philanthropist, supporting an annual creative competition for students and high schoolers at the Repin St. Petersburg Academy of Arts for the Igor Minakov Prize.
