This completed project is a multi-storey residential complex named Kazakhstan, located on Amir Temur Avenue, on the site of the former Kazakhstan Cinema (hence the name). Design work began in 2018. The façade of the residential building with an attic is designed in a classical style using fibreglass-reinforced decorative elements, special decorative plaster, and natural granite.
The first two floors are allocated for commercial and service facilities, including shops, cafes, restaurants, and offices. The upper floors are residential, with apartment layouts ranging from 60 to 160 sq.m, designed for comfortable living. The building has two basement levels for parking, ensuring residents do not have to worry about vehicle placement. The landscaped inner courtyard is intended as a recreational space for residents.
