About the project (provided by the applicant)
The Museum of Light in Kazan is a multifunctional complex designed to become a cultural magnet for both residents and visitors. Located on Portovaya Street, the project features a contemporary building with well-thought-out infrastructure.
The landscaped area includes an alley, playgrounds, lecture spaces, an amphitheater, and a promenade, creating a comfortable environment for all ages.
The concept of the museum is based on the harmonious interaction of natural and artificial lighting. The architecture of the building draws inspiration from natural forms, while the exhibitions use daylight to create unique effects.
The museum offers a variety of halls and equipment for exploring light, relaxation and coworking zones, as well as spaces for creative experiments and educational programs. It is intended to serve not only as a cultural center, but also as a catalyst for the development of the coastal area, which is expected to become an actively growing district of the city in the near future.
