The planned residential building is located in a new district near Kedrovaya Metro Station on the Troitskaya Line. It is intended for doctors working at a nearby hospital. This target audience influenced the layout design: many apartments include offices with spaces for a specialized library and teleconsultation.
On the façade, the offices are highlighted with niches that reduce direct sunlight entering the windows. The first two floors feature a library with an open gallery (housing general and specialized literature) and a sports hall. These spaces are designed to be functionally useful and in demand for residents.
