This architectural project is a refined two-story mansion designed for a young family. Executed in the style of contemporary classics, it combines elegance with functionality.
Located on an 1,800 m² plot, the design includes a two-story house with a basement level featuring a spa complex with a sauna, a 9 x 4 meter swimming pool, a private mini cinema, and a spacious lounge area with direct access to the summer kitchen. Adjacent to the summer kitchen is a large outdoor heated swimming pool measuring 9 x 14 meters. Near the pool, a bathhouse is planned with a steam room, a relaxation room, and a cold plunge tub.
A major advantage of this project is the presence of a separate guest block.
