Category
Best Implemented Project of Public Building or Facility

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The concept project was developed for the cultural departments of the administrations of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region. In sparsely populated areas, it addresses access to library services and infrastructure. The module serves as an attractive art object, fitting organically into parks, squares, and public spaces. Its successful combination of cost and functionality makes it highly appealing to municipal leaders.

The library module is designed for year-round use, providing the full informational functionality of a standard library. In small settlements, it can serve as an additional community hub and leisure space for residents. Minimal approvals are required for construction. Staffing needs are 2–3 employees.
