Kobo360 Head Office
Best Implemented Interior Design Project for Public Space
About the project
The design scheme draws inspiration from the ‘language’ of the expressways/highways , roads and transportation iconography. This shows up in the most prominent feature of the scheme which is the ‘highway’ spine that connects the different functional spaces on the floor.
Kobo360 is a logistics company that empowers freight trucks across Africa.
Keeping their mission in mind, we visualized the expressways and highways freight trucks drive on and utilized them as inspiration for the design of the spine that connects the different functional spaces on the floor. Elements like traffic signs, zebra crossings and road demarcations and strategic use of vibrant colours are infused around the office space.
To ensure the space is a physical representation of what the company actually does in the ecosystem.
