About the project
This is a project of a 650 m2 large residential house for a family with three kids, with a thick stone socle and a combination of every carpenter technology. The building was constructed with a major half-timber block, as well Post&Beam and Timber Frame structures, some of the joints being dovetails, the special of the authors. The layout enables location of all the necessary premises: a spa with a swimming pool, change rooms and utility rooms in the basement; the main living zone with a large sitting room, a modern kitchen, a diner, three nurseries with private bathrooms, the master bedroom, guest rooms, the study and a large terrace at the ground floor; the babysitter and the gardener’s rooms in the attics.
