About the project
The two-storeyed house with a basement and a semi-basement dimensioned 12.5 by 39.96 m. The 1st floor comprises a kitchen diner, an elevator, a common room, an open staircase to the 2nd floor and stairs to the semibasement, as well as a study.
The SPA with a sauna and a hamam can be accessed from the outside and is connected to the main house with the glass paned gallery.
The 2nd floor houses the master bedroom (which has access to the open terrace above the main entrance) and three children rooms. The flat roofing of the house can be used for recreation and green beautification.
