About the project (provided by the applicant)
The apartment is located in the new Krestovsky De Luxe residential complex in the most prestigious district of St. Petersburg. The clients are a family of four—parents and two children. The key objectives of the project were to optimize the layout and convert part of the passage area into a children’s bathroom. The apartment is designed in a contemporary style with elements of Art Deco. All built-in furniture, panels, wardrobes, and doors were manufactured in St. Petersburg at the ArmDecor factory based on our sketches.
