Laguna House

Best Implemented Project of Private Residence
About the project (provided by the applicant)
Located in Laguna Grande, Benavídez, this house emerges as a fluid composition between architecture and landscape. Its form is governed by curves—graceful yet powerful—shaping a living sculpture that integrates seamlessly with the lagoon and the surrounding vegetation. The entrance unfolds through a sunlit patio, inviting nature inward. On the ground floor, common areas—living, dining, family room and kitchen—expand into a generous gallery that mirrors the interior, dissolving into the garden and water views. The first floor holds the intimate spaces: a master suite with a terrace, and two en suite bedrooms. The material palette—raw concrete, warm wood, and filtered light through curved wooden slats—creates a tactile and atmospheric dialogue. Architecture becomes a porous skin, framing views and blurring boundaries. This is not merely a house, but a spatial narrative, where movement, light, and nature compose a poetic, continuous experience.
