Lakhani Villa in Ahmedabad exemplifies Tranquil Modernism, fusing minimalist geometry with nature-integrated living. The exterior of beige & white sandstone with exposed concrete establishes a bold, brutalist presence softened by expansive glazing. A sweeping canopy marks the grand entrance, while a linear wall with punctured openings creates intrigue by concealing & revealing the garden. A double-height passage organizes the home into public & private zones, its starkness animated by murals.
Inside, clean lines, neutral tones & Italian marble flooring define open-plan living spaces flooded with natural light through French windows. Natural materials—wood, stone & textured finishes—add warmth, while curated art & bespoke lighting elevate the minimalist interiors. Outdoor living extends seamlessly through landscaped lawns, a pool & shaded patios designed for leisure & al fresco gatherings. Sustainability anchors the design with solar panels, eco-friendly materials, & native vegetation.
