The concept of the hotel is based on creating a unique facility that interacts organically with nature and its surroundings. The building is designed as a “superform” in the shape of a ring: its smooth lines harmonize with the terrain, while the rhythm of the windows and façade cladding emphasizes the contrast between the dynamic, irregular landscape and the orderly architecture.
The inner courtyard is transformed into a private garden — a space of tranquility, comfort, and safety — while the outer perimeter opens access to forest walks and active recreation. Public areas are placed in separate volumes connected by pedestrian bridges, creating a flexible system of routes. These shared spaces are open to all visitors, enhancing the vitality of the project.
Local materials are used throughout, the natural terrain and trees are preserved, and water features are integrated into the composition. The concept combines respect for nature with expressive architectural form, turning the hotel into a new point of attraction and a symbol of the region.
