Levashovo Airport Terminal Complex

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The architecture of the airport terminal symbolizes technological progress and a forward-looking vision, as well as serving as a key element of the tourist infrastructure.

The futuristic appearance of the building evokes a spacecraft ready for takeoff. The interior space, organized around expressive metal structures, is clearly divided into functional zones: observation deck, retail pavilions, café, and capsule hotel.

Extensive use of glass and metal gives the volumes a sense of lightness and provides abundant natural lighting. The sloped roof and skylights enhance the feeling of dynamism, referencing the cycles of takeoff and landing, while the curved lines visualize a smooth transition from ground to sky.

Thus, the airport terminal becomes not merely a transit point, but a symbolic gateway to new worlds — a place where journeys to new horizons, experiences, and discoveries begin, surpassing the boundaries of the possible.
