Levashovo Airport Terminal Complex: simplicity brought to perfection.
Concrete, wood, and light — the three elements that shape its unique space. The monolithic concrete volume, dramatically emphasized by cantilevered extensions, contrasts with the glued timber structures that soften its strict appearance. The warmth of the wood creates a tactile counterbalance, while skylights fill the interior with natural light. The architecture, devoid of excess, highlights functionality and passenger comfort.
