At first glance, the project presents two contrasting programs: a motorcycle showroom below and a two-story residence above. The design carefully separates these distinct functions, yet the composition reads as one. The transparent, fully glazed facade of the showroom allows the upper residential box to appear as if it floats. Its underside, in turn, becomes both the ceiling of the commercial space and the defining element of the living volume above.
